Gustafson Gluek Appointed as Plaintiffs’ Interim Co-Lead Counsel in Pork MDL

On October 15, 2018, Gustafson Gluek PLLC was appointed as Plaintiffs’ Interim Co-Lead Counsel in In re: Pork Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 18-1776 (D. Minn.) to represent a proposed class of consumers that purchased pork products. Dan Gustafson, Dan Hedlund, Michelle Looby, and Brittany Resch will be the team at the firm to lead the case against Defendant pork producers that control over 80% of the wholesale pork market in the United States.

This case alleges that Defendants conspired to fix prices of pork products, by, among other things, agreeing to restrict production to artificially increase prices.
