About Us

Founded in 2003, Gustafson Gluek PLLC is a law firm with offices in Minneapolis and San Diego. We have a national complex litigation practice focused on antitrust and consumer protection class actions.

At Gustafson Gluek PLLC, we seek to vindicate the rights of, and recover damages for, those harmed by unfair business practices such as illegal price fixing, deceptive trade practices, and the distribution of defective products, as well as enjoin companies from engaging in these types of practices in the future.

We are a talented group of attorneys and professionals who do not back down from challenging cases. We have 21 attorneys, many of whom have been practicing in these areas for their entire careers. Through hard work, we have built a respected reputation among our peers across the country that allows us to take on – and prevail against – some of the biggest and most well-funded companies in the world.

Gustafson Gluek PLLC, its attorneys, and staff are fortunate to participate in the legal communities both locally and nationally.
