Stanley Tumbler Maker Sued Over Alleged Lead

On February 14, 2024, Gustafson Gluek PLLC, along with co-counsel, Lockridge Grindal Nauen PLLP, and Breskin Johnson &Townsend PLLC filed a class action lawsuit against Pacific Market International (PMI), the parent company of Stanley, the manufacturers of the popular Stanley tumblers.

The lawsuit alleges that defendant deceived customers by failing to disclose that their products contain the toxic heavy metal lead. The complaint further alleges that unwitting consumers would not have purchased these products, or would have paid substantially less for these premium priced containers.
