Michelle Looby Speaks at COSAL Leadership and Diversity Summit

Michelle Looby, partner at Gustafson Gluek, participated as a speaker at this year’s COSAL Leadership & Diversity Summit on October 18, 2023, in New York.  She was a panelist on the Settlement Strategy for Emerging Leaders panel where she shared insights on the ins-and-outs of all aspects of the settlement process from formulating a settlement demand, to negotiating a settlement, to ultimately seeking court approval of the same.

The COSAL Leadership & Diversity Summit invites leaders of plaintiffs’ antitrust bar to work together to improve antitrust enforcement by strengthening the voices and power of attorneys from diverse backgrounds.
