David Goodwin Appointed Interim Class Counsel in Jeep Wrangler 4XE Litigation

We are pleased to announce that David Goodwin, Co-Chair of Gustafson Gluek’s Consumer Protection division, has been appointed by the United States District Court, District of Delaware to serve as Interim Class Counsel in the Crowell, et al. v. FCA U.S. LLC Litigation.

Gustafson Gluek, along with its co-counsel, represents consumers in a class action arising from a battery defect found in several  Jeep Wrangler and Cherokee 4xe vehicles. Plaintiffs allege that the defendant manufactured, marketed, and distributed the vehicle without disclosing a key defect that prohibits the vehicles from operating in an all-electric mode.

Congratulations to David and good luck to him and the entire plaintiffs’ team in this matter.
