David Goodwin Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Brady Martz Data Breach Case

We are happy to announce that David Goodwin, Co-Chair of Gustafson Gluek’s Data Security division, has been appointed by the United States District Court of North Dakota to serve as Interim Co-Lead Counsel in In re Brady Martz Data Security Litigation. Gustafson Gluek, along with its co-counsel, represents plaintiffs affected by a data breach in defendant, Brady Martz & Associates’ “digital environment.”

Plaintiffs allege that the defendant failed to properly secure and safeguard personal identifiable information such as individuals’ names, dates of birth, health insurance information, medical information, and Social Security numbers.
