Dan Nordin joined Gustafson Gluek PLLC in 2011 and became a Member of the Firm in 2019. Dan has practiced in the areas of antitrust and consumer protection, representing small businesses and individuals recover compensation for the misconduct of large corporations.
In addition to his regular practice, Dan has represented clients through the Minnesota Federal Bar Association’s Pro Se Project, a program that matches pro se litigants with pro bono attorneys. In these and other pro bono cases, Dan advised clients regarding varied claims, including constitutional violations and employment discrimination. Dan has been recognized as a North Star Lawyer, which is someone who provided 50 hours or more of pro bono legal services in any one year.

Dan is currently representing a class of online publishers pursuing antitrust claims against Google, In re Google Digital Publisher Antitrust Litig. (S.D.N.Y.). Plaintiffs’ claims center on allegations that Google unlawfully achieved and maintained monopoly power in the online display advertising marketplace and thereby was able to suppress the revenues that publishers receive from selling ad space on their websites.
In In re FICO Antitrust Litig. (N.D. Ill.), Dan is representing a class of businesses pursuing antitrust claims against FICO and the three major credit bureaus. Plaintiffs allege an anticompetitive scheme to restrain trade and monopolize the market for certain credit scores used by businesses.
In Apple Inc. Smartphone Antitrust Litig. (D.N.J.), Dan is representing a class of those who purchased iPhones directly from Apple and who allege that Apple unlawfully maintained its monopoly in the market for high performance smartphones, thus causing its customers to pay inflated prices.
In Wolters v. Sweepsteaks Limited (D. Minn.), Dan is representing a class of Minnesotans who used the Stake.us online casino platform, alleging that the service is an unregulated and illegal casino, and that class members are therefore entitled to recoup funds spent on that platform.
