  • Gustafson Gluek PLLC represented a female financial industry professional in her discrimination case. Plaintiff alleged she was sexually harassed, threatened, and discriminated against by a top male executive in her company.  Gustafson Gluek helped recover a substantial settlement on behalf of the female industry professional.

  • Gustafson Gluek PLLC represented a young mother in her discrimination claims. Plaintiff alleged that she was discriminated against by a place of public accommodation, when the facility denied the mother access to its facilities because she was breastfeeding her young child in said facility. Gustafson Gluek PLLC helped recover a substantial settlement on behalf of the mother and her family.

  • Gustafson Gluek PLLC represents a young father in his wrongful termination claims against his former employer. Our client was terminated by his employer shortly after being approved for parental leave, and just days before his first child was born. Our client’s claims include retaliation and discrimination in violation of state family leave and discrimination laws. This litigation is currently pending.
