Amanda Williams and Dan Gustafson Appointed to Leadership Positions in Minnesota 3M Earplug Litigation

On October 1, 2020, the Honorable Judge Thomas Fraser of the Fourth Judicial District (Hennepin County) issued an Order appointing Dan Gustafson of Gustafson Gluek PLLC, as Co-Lead Counsel in In re: 3M Combat Arms Earplug Litigation, along with Bill Sieben of Schwebel Goetz & Sieben and Rick Paul, of Paul LLP.  

Judge Fraser also appointed Amanda Williams of Gustafson Gluek PLLC as Liaison Counsel for this litigation.  

Gustafson Gluek represents individuals who purchased certain 3M earplugs and allege that 3M’s failure to warn these individuals how to use the earplugs resulted in physical injury and loss of hearing. If you have been injured after the usage of these earplugs, please contact us via phone or email.
