Cathy Smith Participates in Class Action Law Forum Panel

Gustafson Gluek attorney, Cathy Smith, participated in a panel discussion at the 6th Annual Class Action Western Alliance Bank Law Forum last month in San Diego, CA. The panel’s presentation titled 2024 Antitrust Quick Hits focused on hot topics in the recent antitrust class action cases.

The Class Action Law Forum directly benefits the Western Alliance Bank Scholarship Fund, supporting a University of San Diego Law School student in financial need and is held in collaboration with the University of San Diego School of Law. Attendees heard insights and took part in discussions on the most important developments and issues surrounding class actions and mass torts.
