Claims Administrator Brown Greer completes interim payments to Class Member in In re: Syngenta Corn Litigation

As of September 1, 2020, the court appointed class administrator, BrownGreer PLC, has issued more than 135,000 interim payments to corn farmers paying out more than $430 million dollars. These interim payments are part of the $1.51 billion dollar settlement that was previously approved by the court.
