Dan Gustafson Appointed Overall<br>Lead Counsel in Change <br>Healthcare Data Breach Litigation

On October 2, 2024, the Honorable Donovan W. Frank of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota issued an order appointing Dan Gustafson as Overall Lead Counsel In re Change Healthcare, Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, Case No. 0:24-md-03108 (D. Minn). See Order.

Gustafson Gluek represents a proposed class of Plaintiffs who were victims of the data security incident in early 2024, which exposed more than six terabytes of healthcare patients’ personal and health information and disabled the software that facilitated business operations to healthcare providers. As Overall Lead Counsel, Dan Gustafson, and the Gustafson Gluek firm, will oversee both the Provider Track and Patient Track for the plaintiffs in this litigation. Gustafson Gluek attorneys Amanda Williams, David Goodwin, Mary Nikolai, and Frances Mahoney-Mosedale will be providing support to Mr. Gustafson in this leadership role.
