Gustafson Gluek PLLC named to Publisher Plaintiffs’ Leadership Committee in Google Antitrust Litigation

On April 26, 2021, the Honorable Beth Labson Freeman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California issued an order appointing Gustafson Gluek to the Publisher Class Leadership Committee in In re Google Digital Publisher Antitrust Litigation, Case No. 20-cv-08984, along with Kirby McInerney LLP. Judge Freeman also appointed Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, Korein Tillery LLC, and Berger Montague PC as Interim Co-Lead Publisher Class Counsel.

 Gustafson Gluek represents digital publishers who allege they were sold advertising space via Google and were underpaid for that advertising space due to Google’s anticompetitive practices. Gustafson Gluek partner Dan Nordin will be heading the firm’s prosecution of the case.
