Gustafson Gluek is proud to congratulate three members of our firm who have been recognized by Minnesota Lawyer for their exceptional service and professional excellence.
Shashi Gowda, an associate at the firm, has been named a 2026 “Up & Coming Attorney”. This award honors a select group of lawyers in their first decade of practice who are making a significant impact within their organizations and communities. Since joining Gustafson Gluek in 2022, Shashi has become an integral member of the firm's consumer protection, product defect, antitrust, and data privacy litigation teams. He has also demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to pro bono service, helping lead the firm's efforts during Operation Metro Surge by assisting with habeas petitions and advocating for individuals detained through immigration enforcement.
Tracey Grill, the firm's Office Manager, has been named a 2026 “Unsung Legal Hero”. This award recognizes legal professionals "who work to make sure the job gets done." (Minnesota Lawyer) Since joining Gustafson Gluek in 2006, Tracey has guided the firm's growth, overseen countless operational initiatives, and provided steady leadership through office expansions, major construction projects, the COVID-19 pandemic, and other significant challenges. Gustafson Gluek would not be who we are today without Tracey behind the scene making sure everything is operating how it should be. Her dedication, professionalism, and unwavering support have made her an indispensable part of the firm's success.
Chelsea Noble, a paralegal at Gustafson Gluek, has also been named a 2026 “Unsung Legal Hero”. Since joining the firm in 2016, Chelsea has become a trusted resource for attorneys and colleagues alike. In addition to her outstanding work supporting various complex litigation cases, she has played a critical role in the firm's Operation Metro Surge efforts by managing habeas filings under demanding deadlines working through nights and weekends to help those in need. Chelsea always raises her hand to help with anything and has been the person who has contributed significantly to the firm's marketing and business development initiatives helping maintain the firm's public presence while continuing to support litigation teams.
