Gustafson Gluek partner Dennis Stewart was one of the lead trial counsel in Law v. NCAA, a case which accomplished the invalidation of an NCAA rule limiting the compensation of a class of NCAA Division I assistant coaches and resulted in damages verdicts in favor of those coaches. Gustafson Gluek was also one of the principal counsel in Moutlrie v. NWSL which invalidated the minimum age rule previously imposed by the National Womens Soccer League, paving the way for their client and others who followed her to play womens soccer at the highest professional level in the United States.
