Judge Issues Order Permitting Plaintiffs’ Central Claims to Proceed in Netgain Case

On June 2, 2022 Judge Susan Richard Nelson issued an order permitting Plaintiffs’ central claims to proceed in In re: Netgain Technology, LLC Consumer Data Breach Litigation. Gustafson Gluek member David Goodwin serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee in this case representing a potential class of consumers who had their Personal Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information compromised in a 2020 data breach of Netgain’s computer network. In that data breach, computer hackers accessed the full names, social security numbers, dates of birth, drivers' license numbers, patient cardholder numbers, patient diagnoses, treatment information, clinical notes, referral requests, laboratory reports, and vaccination information.
