Michelle Looby to Speak at Minnesota Attorney General’s CLE Program on Food Access
On June 12, 2025, antitrust litigator, partner, and Co-Chair of the Antitrust Department at Gustafson Gluek PLLC, Michelle Looby, will speak at the Minnesota Attorney General’s CLE Program titled “Price, Access and Power: Exploring Grocery Costs, Food Access, and Competition” at the University of St. Thomas – St. Paul.
Hosted by the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, this full-day CLE brings together a diverse group of experts and policymakers, including Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison; Lina Khan, Associate Professor of Law and former Chair and Commissioner of the FTC; Minnesota State Representative Heather Keeler; professors studying these issues; and many more, to discuss the complex factors influencing food affordability and access. The program will also explore the role of antitrust law in addressing these pressing issues.
