
Gabrielle Kolb joined Gustafson Gluek as an associate in 2024 after completing a clerkship at the Minnesota Supreme Court with the Honorable Chief Justice Natalie E. Hudson. At Gustafson Gluek, Gabrielle represents individuals and small businesses in holding corporations and other entities liable for antitrust, consumer protection, and data breach violations. As an advocate for economic justice, Gabrielle is passionate about her role in holding powerful entities to account for harming everyday people.
Gabrielle is involved in some of the Firm’s high profile antitrust and data breach cases, such as In re Granulated Sugar Antitrust Litig. (D. Minn.), In re Pork Antitrust Litig. (D. Minn.) and In re Change Healthcare, Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litig. (D. Minn.).
In addition to her antitrust, consumer protection, and data breach work, Gabrielle also commits her time to pro bono civil rights work where she represents civilly committed individuals on a variety of constitutional matters, such as defending her clients’ rights to procedural due process.
Gabrielle earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where she received numerous Dean’s Awards for her academic excellence and served as Membership Editor for the St. Thomas Law Journal. She also holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Puget Sound, where she majored in Politics and Government and minored in Religious Studies.
Gabrielle lives with her husband in South Minneapolis, where she enjoys throwing ceramics at a local studio, attempting to grow food in her backyard garden, and taking strolls to her neighborhood Dairy Queen with her dog Rhubarb.
