Kirk Hulett

Kirk Hulett joined Gustafson Gluek PLLC in 2019. Kirk graduated from the University of California San Diego, where he obtained his undergraduate degree.  Kirk then graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the University of San Diego Law Reporter. Since 1984, Kirk has specialized in the representation of plaintiffs in securities, antitrust, employment and consumer class actions as well as representing individuals and businesses in complex litigation.

Prior to co-founding Hulett Harper Stewart LLP in 2000, Kirk was a partner in the largest national class action firm in the country.  He has testified before the California Assembly Business and Professions Committee on the topic of potential regulatory and auditor liability reforms following the Enron financial collapse and participated as a panelist on several occasions. He is admitted to all of the District Courts in California, numerous other District Courts across the country by pro hac admission, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Kirk joined Gustafson Gluek as a member in 2019.
