Lauren Hamilton

Lauren Hamilton joined Gustafson Gluek in March 2026. She received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School with a concentration in Human Rights and was named to the Dean’s List. During law school, Lauren served as a law clerk at Gustafson Gluek and interned with the Office of the Federal Public Defender, Eastern District of Virginia. She also served as a student attorney and student director for the University of Minnesota Human Rights Litigation and International Legal Advocacy Clinic.

Lauren was actively involved in the law school community, holding leadership roles as President of the Women of Color Collective and Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association, in addition to serving as an Admissions Student Ambassador and Street Law volunteer.

Lauren earned an LL.M. in International and European Business Law, with honors, from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. She also holds a B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in French Studies and earned membership to Pi Delta Phi, the National French Honor Society.

Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, exploring bookstores, and spending time with her husband, Harrison.
