Melanie Castro

Melanie Castro is a Paralegal at Gustafson Gluek PLLC, joining the firm in 2007. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from the Minnesota School of Business and is a Minnesota Certified Paralegal through the Minnesota Paralegal Association.

Melanie is a member of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, the Minnesota Paralegal Association, and the Minnesota State Bar Association. In recognition of her commitment to pro bono work, Melanie received the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award for her involvement in the Minnesota Federal Bar Association’s Pro Se Project.

When not at work, Melanie spends time with family, including her three dogs. She is also a devoted volunteer for animal rescue and rehabilitation and is active in organizations like the Animal Legal Defense Fund, The Humane Society of the United States, and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Melanie also likes to travel and visit new places.
