Judge Orders Examination of MSOP

On Wednesday, Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan ordered Minnesota Human Services Commissioner Lucinda Jesson to assemble a task force of experts who are to examine the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) and recommend less restrictive treatment alternatives than the state's current prison-like program.
