Lumber Liquidators - Formaldehyde in Laminate Flooring.According to a recent 60 Minutes report, samples of Chinese-made laminate flooring sold by Lumber Liquidators tested high for levels of formaldehyde. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) places a limit on the levels of formaldehyde that may be emitted from composite wood products, including laminate flooring. Lumber Liquidators labels all of its laminate flooring sold throughout the country as being compliant with these CARB Phase 2 requirements.Gustafson Gluek is currently investigating these reports.
