Minnesota Lawyer Discusses Problems with Flushable Wipes

In a recent article, Minnesota Lawyer discusses the so-called flushable wipes and the problems they are causing in city septic systems.  The Complaint filed by the City of Wyoming states that it has incurred expenses associated with the removal of these wipes from their systems and that there is an ongoing threat of future harm from the continued promotion of these wipes as “flushable” and “sewer and septic safe.”  Gustafson Gluek PLLC is representing the City of Wyoming in its claims against the manufacturers of flushable wipes.  Click here to view the full article by Minnesota Lawyer.
