Gustafson Gluek Files Class Action Complaint Against Four Major Airlines

Gustafson Gluek has filed a Class Action Complaint against American Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines and Southwest Airlines, alleging that these airlines conspired to fix, raise, maintain and/or stabilize the price of domestic air travel services.  Following a series of mergers, these airline companies now control at least 80% of the domestic flights in the United States.  The Complaint alleges that they have taken advantage of this recent consolidation to impose restrictions that limit flights and seats despite increased demand and lower costs.As a result of this unlawful conduct, Plaintiffs and the Class have paid higher prices for domestic air travel services than they would have paid in a competitive market.To view the Class Action Complaint, please click here.To view additional media coverage of this matter, please click here.If you need further information, please contact us at 612-333-8844.
