Syngenta Litigation Settlement

At the start of the third week of testimony in the trial on behalf of a class of Minnesota corn farmers suing Syngenta over the premature commercialization of its Viptera corn seed, the parties reached a settlement to resolve the litigation, as well as ongoing litigation by other farmers across the U.S. Terms of the settlement are confidential but Gustafson Gluek believes that the settlement will provide substantial benefit to the Minnesota farmers who we represent as well as tens of thousands of other farmers throughout the country.
