Gustafson Gluek Appointed Executive Committee Chair in CenturyLink MDL

On January 4, 2018, Judge Michael J. Davis appointed Gustafson Gluek PLLC as Executive Committee Chair in In re: CenturyLink Residential Customer Billing Disputes Litigation, MDL No. 17-2795 (D. Minn.). Partners Dan Hedlund and Michelle Looby are heading up the firm's efforts.Along with other firms appointed by the Court, Gustafson Gluek represents plaintiffs alleging unfair and fraudulent billing practices by CenturyLink. Plaintiffs seek to pursue their claims on behalf of a class of similarly-affected customers.
