In Re: Dealer Management Systems Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Ill.)

Today, the Court in In Re: Dealer Management Systems Antitrust Litigation (N.D. Ill.) appointed Gustafson Gluek PLLC members Dan Hedlund and Michelle Looby as members of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee. Gustafson Gluek represents a class of dealerships alleging that CDK Global, LLC and The Reynolds and Reynolds Company unlawfully entered into an agreement that reduced competition and increased prices in the market for Dealer Management Systems (“DMS”) and data integration services related to DMS.
