Abou Amara to Co-Moderate COSAL Discussion with National Association of Attorneys General Antitrust Task Force Chair
On December 19, 2024, Gustafson Gluek attorney Abou Amara will co-moderate a virtual lunchtime discussion with the new National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) Multistate Antitrust Task Force Chair and Minnesota Assistant Attorney General, Elizabeth Odette.
The discussion will center on “The Rise of State Enforcement” as a critical lever to help address market dynamics unique to individual states, where local monopolies or anti-competitive behaviors might otherwise go unchecked. NAAG Multistate Antitrust Taskforce Chair Odette will discuss the role of State AGs in recent years and what may be in store in advance of the new Administration.
