Gustafson Gluek Appointed to the Executive Committee in In Re Concrete and Cement Additives Antitrust Litigation

On July 9, 2024, Gustafson Gluek was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re Concrete and Cement Additives Antitrust Litigation, MDL 3097, pending in the Southern District of New York.  Michelle Looby and Dan Hedlund, who are Co-Chairs of Gustafson Gluek’s Antitrust division, will be actively involved in the representation of the direct purchasers of concrete and cement admixtures (“CCAs”).  Plaintiffs are alleging that defendants entered into an unlawful agreement to fix the price of these CCAs in violation of the federal antitrust laws.  We look forward to vigorously litigating the Plaintiffs’ claims along side our co-counsel, Hausfeld LLP, the Roberts Law Firm U.S., PC, and Berger Montague PC.
