DOJ Files In Support of Plaintiffs in AZ Rooftop Solar Case

The Department of Justice and the Center for Biological Diversity have filed Amicus briefs with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals supporting owners of rooftop solar panels who allege that their Arizona power utility, Salt River Project (SRP) charged them discriminatory rates to discourage their use of solar panels because SRP viewed competition from such power generation as a threat to its business. Gustafson Gluek represents the rooftop solar-owning Plaintiffs.
