Tony Stauber Appointed Vice-Chair of COSAL's Amicus Committee for 2024
We are pleased to announce that Gustafson Gluek associate Tony Stauber has been appointed as vice-chair of the Amicus Committee for the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL) for the remainder of 2024.
Tony’s appointment demonstrates his dedication to the advancement of antitrust laws in the United States, as well as his commitment to the principles of free and fair competition. In his relatively short career in private practice, Tony has consistently shown his skills in leadership and legal advocacy.
COSAL is an organization dedicated to supporting strong antitrust laws, especially effective private enforcement. COSAL’s Amicus Committee works to support the development of competition law by filing amicus curiae briefs in actively litigated cases across the country. COSAL strives to influence the courts in a manner that supports robust antitrust enforcement and the unfettered ability of private individuals to effectively bring suit against parties for antitrust violations. COSAL files several amicus briefs every year, all of which can be found here.
