Tony Stauber joins Gustafson Gluek after clerking in the First Judicial District

Gustafson Gluek PLLC is pleased to announce that Tony J. Stauber has joined the firm as an associate.  Tony is joining the firm after serving as a law clerk to the honorable Caroline H. Lennon, District Judge, First Judicial District of Minnesota.

Prior to his clerkship, Tony worked as a law clerk practicing criminal defense, a student extern in the chambers of U.S. District Court Magistrate Judge Steven A. Rau, and as chief policy analyst for a U.S. Senate campaign.

Tony graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. While in law school, Tony was Vice President of the Mitchell Hamline Hovenkamp Antitrust Society, Membership Coordinator of the Mitchell Hamline Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union, and a student researcher and member of the Mitchell Hamline Sex Offender Litigation and Research Center. Additionally, Tony was the Production Editor of the Mitchell Hamline Journal of Public Policy and Practice, where he was a published author of an article on the topic of qualified immunity.

Tony has been an active member of the National Speech and Debate Association and the Minnesota State High School League as a speech and debate coach for ten years.
