Gustafson Gluek Appointed Interim Class Counsel in Blue Cross Antitrust Case

Today, U.S. District Judge Hood appointed Gustafson Gluek PLLC and three other firms Interim Class Counsel for the putative class in a case against Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. The plaintiffs claim that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s use of most-favored-nation clauses in its contracts with hospitals violated antitrust laws.
