Gustafson Gluek Appointed to Steering Committee in Plumbing Products Litigation

Today, Judge Gonzalez Rogers appointed Gustafson Gluek PLLC to the Steering Committee for the proposed class in an order where she also appointed interim lead class counsel in litigation involving flexible toilet connectors.The plaintiffs in the case allege defect in certain toilet connectors. A toilet connector connects to  the base of a toilet and permits water flow into the tank. The defect poses a substantial risk of failure which permits water to flow into the home and potentially cause catastrophic water damage.
