Dan Gustafson Appointed Lead Settlement Counsel in Retired NFL Player Case

United States Magistrate Judge Boylan appointed Dan Gustafson as Lead Settlement Counsel for the plaintiffs in Dryer v. National Football League. As Lead Settlement Counsel, Mr. Gustafson has a duty to act on behalf of all putative class members and endeavor to reach a fair, reasonable, and adequate settlement for the putative class members.The plaintiffs in Dryer brought the case on behalf of themselves and a putative class of retired NFL players seeking compensation from the NFL's unauthorized use of their names, images, and likenesses in promotional materials.
