Gustafson Gluek PLLC members Dan Gustafson and Dan Hedlund contributed to the writing of a book titled Concurrent Antitrust Criminal and Civil Proceedings: Identifying Problems and Planning for Success.  Sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation and released last week, the book "offers guidance for practitioners dealing with parallel criminal and civil antitrust cases, which occur when criminal law enforcement authorities and civil private parties initiate proceedings arising from the same or closely similar facts."More information about the book is available on the ABA's website.
