Dan Hedlund Testifies Before FRCP Committee

Last week, Gustafson Gluek PLLC member Dan Hedlund testified in Washington, D.C. at a hearing on proposed amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP). Mr. Hedlund testified on behalf of the Committee to Support the Antitrust Laws (COSAL) to share COSAL's concerns regarding a number of the proposed FRCP changes.
