Dan Gustafson presented the American Antitrust Institute’s inaugural Antitrust Enforcement Awards to Janet Netz of AppleEcon and Steve Shadowen of Hilliard Shadowen LLC for their outstanding litigation achievement in economics and private law practice, respectively, on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in Washington D.C.Gustafson was selected by American Antitrust Institute to give the awards because he served as chairman of the Judging Committee that determined the antitrust enforcement award finalists.
