DRAM Settlement Approved

Final approval was granted to a $310 million settlement in indirect purchaser litigation led by Gustafson Gluek and three co-lead firms accusing the makers of computer memory chips, known as DRAM of price-fixing. As part of the settlement, the defendants also agreed to an injunction barring them from price-fixing, market allocation and bid-rigging DRAM in the U.S. for up to three years.The claims process is ongoing, and consumers who purchased products containing DRAM such as computers, printers and video game consoles are encouraged to file a claim at dramclaims.com.
