Antitrust Enforcement Awards: Call for Entries

On June 24, 2014, The American Antitrust Institute made a call for Antitrust Enforcement Award nominations by September 10, 2014. Three award categories have been identified for 2014:

  • Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Private Law Practice
  • Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young Lawyer
  • Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement in Economics

Award eligibility requires the antitrust-focused litigation was (a) initiated in or appealed in any U.S. state or federal court and (b) resulted (whether or not subject to appeal in a final judgment, verdict, dismissal, conviction, injunction, order or settlement) between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014. Additional award detail may be found here.The Antitrust Enforcement Awards Ceremony will be presented during the gala dinner at the American Antitrust Institute Annual Private Enforcement Conference on December 2, 2014 in Washington D.C.
