Court Grants Class Certification in Containerboard Suit

Since late 2010, Gustafson Gluek PLLC has been representing plaintiffs asserting claims against manufacturers of corrugated cardboard ("containerboard") for anti-competitive violations of the antitrust laws. Today, Judge Harry D. Leinenweber of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois granted Plaintiffs' motion for class certification, thus allowing Plaintiffs to assert their antitrust claims against defendants on behalf of a class of containerboard purchasers.
