Dan Gustafson Featured in Super Lawyers Magazine

Dan Gustafson was featured in the 2016 Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine for his work representing individuals who are civilly committed to the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP).  Gustafson Gluek took on the MSOP case on a pro bono basis as part of the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association's Pro Se Project.  Dan is referred to by his colleagues as "a smart, streetwise and skilled attorney who has no fear standing up to those in power."  As Dan notes in the article, "regardless of what someone has done, they’re still entitled to the due process that the Constitution requires, and that is really the foundation of our system.”Click here to read the full article.
