Poultry Price-Fixing

On Tuesday, Gustafson Gluek PLLC filed a complaint on behalf of purchasers of chicken alleging that the companies, comprising 98% of the chicken meat produced in the United States, conspired to fix prices for chicken. The complaint alleges a conspiracy dating back to 2008 that involved the restriction of production to increase prices.
