Gustafson Gluek Appointed Co-Lead in Poultry Case

On October 14, 2016, Gustafson Gluek was appointed co-class counsel on behalf of all indirect purchasers of broiler chickens by a federal judge in the Northern District of Illinois. The case alleges that the Defendants, companies comprising the production of 98% of the chicken meat produced in the United States, conspired to fix prices for chicken, by agreeing to restrict production to increase prices. The complaint seeks damages on behalf of a class of indirect purchasers of chicken. If you purchased chicken via a distributor and would like to learn more about your potential claims, please contact us by telephone or online at the form below.
