NHL and Retired Players Reach Settlement in Concussion Litigation

The Plaintiffs Executive Committee (PEC) in the NHL Players’ Concussion Injury Litigation reached a tentative settlement between retired NHL players and the NHL. The proposed, voluntary settlement covers retired NHL players who filed claims or retained counsel in the multidistrict litigation (MDL) proceedings as of the settlement date.
