Gustafson Gluek Appointed to Leadership in Construction Equipment Antitrust Litigation
Dan Hedlund, Dan Nordin, and Shashi Gowda have been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re: Construction Equipment Antitrust Litigation representing plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit against major construction rental equipment companies across the United States. The case, pending in the Northern District of Illinois, alleges that several construction rental equipment companies—including United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, HERC Rentals, H&E Equipment, and Sunstate Equipment—partnered with RB Global and Rouse Services and engaged in anticompetitive practices by using the Rouse Rental Insights platform to artificially increase rental rates for construction equipment.
