Gustafson Gluek Appointed Co-Leads in Amazon Biometric Data Collection Case

On April 19, 2022, the Honorable Harry D. Lienenweber of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois issued an order appointing Gustafson Gluek PLLC as Co-Lead Counsel in Hogan, et al. v. Amazon, Inc., Case No. 21-c-3169 along with Wexler Boley & Elgersma LLP, Stephan Zouras, LLP and Keller Rohrback, L.L.P.

Gustafson Gluek represents individuals who had their biometric information collected by Amazon without consent under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. David Goodwin and associate Ling Wang will lead the prosecution of this case.
