Tony Stauber Honored with AAI Antitrust Enforcement Award

We are proud to announce that Tony Stauber, Associate at Gustafson Gluek PLLC, has been recognized with the Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement by a Young or Newly Admitted Lawyer Award from the American Antitrust Institute (AAI). This award honors distinguished achievement in antitrust litigation, which Tony has received in connection with his work on In re Broiler Antitrust Litigation.

Tony joined the firm in 2021 and has steadily built a reputation in the areas of antitrust and civil-rights litigation. In addition to his work on Broilers, he has played key roles in significant antitrust cases such as Cattle & Beef Antitrust Litigation (D. Minn.) and Ray v. NCAA, (E.D. Cal.). He has also been deeply devoted to pro bono work — engaging in constitutional and civil rights cases such as Karsjens v. Harpstead (D. Minn.) and Wolk v. City of Brooklyn Center (D. Minn.).

This accolade from the AAI reflects Tony’s legal acumen, tenacity, and the real-world impact of his advocacy. We are proud to have such distinguished legal talent at Gustafson Gluek, and this honor reinforces our commitment to excellence in competition and antitrust work.

Please join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved recognition!
